In this work, population employment processes are studied. The systems of regulation of employment processes have been researched and a future issue has been set. An analysis of available software products is presented. The method of optimization using genetic algorithms was selected and based on the research of methods used in employment processes. An improved genetic algorithm modification for a practical problem is. Test results are obtained for the proposed genetic algorithm. The stages of development of the software complex of coordination of employment processes are presented. The working process of the developed software product is mentioned in detail. The software product was tested in Samarkand city and Kattakorgan city of Samarkand province.
