This study aims to develop valid, practical, and effective inquiry-based learning Worksheet (LKPD) to support students' mathematical reasoning and proving skills on linear equation system (SPLDV). This research adopts the ADDIE development framework: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Data collection methods involved interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The first three of ADDIE process produce a student's worksheet based on inquiry learning. The Implementation conducted by a small scale experiment involving 2 classes of students of 8 graders. The experimental class and control class were randomly selected from the total 10 classes of 8 graders. The evaluation step assess content validity, practicality of the product, and the effectiveness of product after implementation. Results of the content validity was a very valid based on language and appearance, mathematical content and learning model used. While practicality assessment resulted a very practical category, and the effectiveness assessment obtained a fairly effective category. Furthermore, for the effectivity, there was a significant different of improvement of students’ reasoning and mathematical proof abilities of experimental class compared to control class.
