Ethnomathematics refers to a teaching approach or strategy that connects learning with cultural contexts. This research aimed to develop student worksheets based on ethnomathematics to enhance junior high school students’ mathematical reasoning skills concerning rectangular geometry. The study employed a research and development method, focusing on class VII students for the 2022/2023 academic year. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was assessed by material experts, mathematical reasoning experts, and media specialists. Data analysis involved a Likert scale and included three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification with conclusions. Researchers have carried out evaluation and analysis of questionnaires so that the results of material validation, mathematical reasoning ability validation, and media validation are obtained sequentially, namely scores of 3.00, 3.00, and 3.19 with a very feasible category. The results of due diligence on limited trials and field trials produced an average score of 3.33 and 3.01 respectively in the very feasible category. So that students can get worksheets based on ethnomathematics to foster for students’ junior high school mathematical reasoning that is valid and suitable for use in the learning process
