In today’s dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape for transport companies, making well-informed decisions regarding management strategies becomes crucial to ensuring the companies’ efficient and sustainable operations. By analyzing the environment and employing relevant theoretical models and concepts, the paper presents a model related to the evaluation and selection of strategies in proactive anti-crisis management within the transport sector. The primary objective of the model is to assist management in making strategic choices and taking preventive measures to foster the sustainable development of transport companies.
