Smart city is a new concern in government sector jobs today. The development of the industrial revolution civilization also encourages innovation based on the Internet of Things. Of course, smart cities can be loaded with the use of the Internet of Things. Both of these, smart cities and the Internet of Things must support the fulfillment of the rights and needs of people with disabilities. The purpose of writing this article is to present a map in big data research on smart city, Internet of Things which is integrated with disability mainstreaming among the general public in cities. Big data is harvested from the Publish or Perish application, then the relationships between keywords in big data are visualized with the Vosviewer application. The research method uses bilbiometric content analysis to find a map of research findings that have been done before. This research is able to visualize the relationship between research keywords from and within big data. The results obtained from smart city and Internet of Things studies that address disability mainstreaming are still very few being carried out, so that it is possible that smart city and Internet of Things innovations pro-disabilities are still few in number in people’s lives.
