This study explores the morphological features and capabilities of creative aggregation through a set of global case studies that use plurality-informed nomenclature that contains a set of diverse jobs and industry specializations distributed in a decentralized way. These groups demonstrate a unique ability to generate and disseminate knowledge, foster innovation, and enhance competitiveness. The emergence of synergies in this study highlights the importance of understanding the complex interrelationships between the different elements in a regional context to promote the development of knowledge-based clusters. Often it creates a homogeneous or heterogeneous mix, which includes cultural diversity, social networks, and common values to reach environmental justice by reducing the distances of movement between jobs and creating social bonds that seek homogeneity between people and justice. To get a dynamic and evolving entity shaped by the interactions and experiences of individuals and organizations participating in the cluster and thus shaping creative cities. The research aims to arrive at a conceptual model that explains the most important indicators associated with pluralism, through a plurality of functions and their positive social and environmental impact in an urban area.
