SIPERDAT, prototyping of web-based Aceh customary court documentation system Available to Purchase

Many disputes at the village level are not handled well in Aceh. These things cause dissatisfaction. The solution is to present a customary court. Nevertheless, the practice of customary justice differs in different regions, for example in Acehnese and Gayoness areas. There is no documentation for cases handled available. Therefore, it is not easy to replicate some good practices from the pass. This study aims to create a prototype for documentation of customary court. The socio legal method has been used to gain practice through observation, interviews, FGDs (Focus Group Discussion) and data validation in Aceh Besar and Aceh Tengah. A best information system model is found. The model connects the user with the customary justice, namely the Aceh Customary Council as the controller, the village apparatus as the implementer, and the gampong community as the user. Based on the model, a documentation system has been built based-on prototype approach. Testing was done in Aceh Besar, Gayo Lues and Aceh Barat Daya. The system now can be used by the community to register their cases. Then the Gampong apparatus under the direction of the Mukim and the Customary Council will investigate and find the best solution. All these activities now can be documented in SIPERDAT, the Customary Court Information System.
