This study aims to identify the mistakes made by students of the mathematics education study program in solving the final semester exam questions in the transformation geometry course on the topic of reflection. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were 36 students who took the final semester exam in the transformation geometry course. The research instrument used was a test in the form of description questions. The results of the analysis of student answers showed that there were 16 students who made mistakes in solving questions. The types of errors made by students were obtained, namely Careless errors, Concept errors, and Application errors.
