This study aims to explore the understanding of college students concepts against tendency material through the PMRI approach. The method in this study is qualitative descriptive. The research subjects were 2 students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, PGRI Palembang University. The data collection technique used a test. Data analysis techniques were carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are students who have not completed the problem using the concept of a data concentration measure of 41.6% and students can solve the problem but only 2 indicators appear to see the students’ conceptual understanding ability of 58.4%.
