This research aims to produce numeracy questions based on the PISA framework assisted by e-learning that are valid and practical in the context of tourism during the pandemic and to determine the role of these questions in terms of their potential influence on junior high school students’ mathematical numeracy abilities. This research uses a development research design which has 2 stages, namely preliminary and formative evaluation (self-evaluation, expert review, one-to-one validation, small group, and field test). This research directs PGRI Palembang University students where to make their teaching materials for implementation at school. Participants in this research were 7th grade students who had different levels of abilities/skills. Data analysis was carried out descriptively by conducting observations, tests, interviews and document analysis. The research was carried out face to face and assisted by Elearning Sisfo, Edmodo, Flippbuilder, YouTube, Zoom and WhatsApp Group (WAG) so as to produce valid and practical PISA framework shape and space questions. Based on student responses, it can be said that the questions presented are included in the practical category because they can be completed quickly by students, can be understood well by students, and have the potential to influence students’ mathematical numeracy abilities. Apart from that, there is a diversity of answers between one student and another according to the level of difficulty that is appropriate for that student.
