Science and technology are currently developing rapidly, especially in the era of revolution 4.0 in the world of education, where technology is used for teaching and learning activities that were originally face-to-face but are now done online (e-learning) due to the COVID-19 virus. Online learning is both an obligation and a challenge in the world of education; whether we like it or not, we must use internet-based learning. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the use of NeoChyper Learning-based E–Learning for the smooth teaching and learning process for students to overcome educational problems so that it continues to run well, be innovative, creative, and not boring. Research uses the literature study method with review data collection techniques to study books, literature, journals, newspapers, magazines, and reports related to the problem being solved. After conducting research, it can be found that NeoChyper Learning is a new e-learning platform that can be used and implemented in schools to assist teachers in the learning process both in the classroom and outside the classroom. This platform will also help and support students for meaningful and enjoyable independent learning. Neo-Chyper Leaning can be used by teachers as a medium for assessment, both formative and summative.
