The use of good learning media can increase and direct students’ attention so as to lead to learning motivation. This study aims to developing an animation audiovisual media product in Excretory System material which is valid, practical, and effective at Grade XI High School. This study uses a 4D model which consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Dissemnate stages. The collecting data using of validity and practicallity instruments on theory use a validation sheet that evaluated by validator expert and teachers, practicallity test by real practice uses a questionnare sheet on google form that filled by students, also effectivity test to measure increase in critical thinking skill by test on the field uses pretest-postest control group design test. Based on gathered data the result of validity tests for the final product was 4,84 in the very valid category based on the media and material aspect evaluation. The result of practicallity test on theory by validator expert and biology teachers was 96,8% and on the real practice by students was 98,2%. The result of effectivity test shows the average N-Gain result by the experimental group was 0,445 in moderate category and by the control group was 0,087 in low category so it states that the animation audiovisual media in Excretory System is feasible to be used in learning because it has met the criteria of being valid, practice, and effective.
