Background. The strains of S. aureus especially (MRSA) are worldwide life-threating of health which continues to extend adaptation to antimicrobial agent due to virulence factor. Objective. The purpose of the study to determine antimicrobial sensitivity patterns among MRSA strains isolates from hospitalized patients with DFI. Methods. The present study involved 26 of pus/wound swab specimen collected from site of Diabetic Foot Infections (DFI). Results. The results clarified that 20(76.92%) MRSA isolates from the total 23 Staphylococcus aureus isolates, MRSA Strains have high degree of Antimicrobial Resistance reach to 100% for Cefamandole, Carpenicillin, Oxacillin, Amoxicillin, and Erythromycin. Conclusion. Multi-drug Resistant of MRSA isolates lead to increase virulence and risk factors in the diabetic foot ulcer lead to invasion of the infection and raise in morbidity and mortality of hospitalized patients.
