The utilization of technology and information is needed to create interactive learning media. One of the uses of technology and information in learning is an e-worksheet. This e-worksheet could be implemented as a learning media and e-worksheet to support education. In addition to problem-solving abilities, several affective aspects must be considered and contribute to student learning success, one of which is student learning motivation. This research was intended (1) to investigate the difference in the ability to solve problems of students who are low, moderate, and highly motivated. (2) to examine the differences in students’ ability to solve math problems with and without the e-worksheet. (3) to identify the interaction between the e-worksheet and learning motivation on students’ problem-solving ability. The sampling technique chosen was the purposive sampling technique. The selected samples were 28 and 22 students of class VII F and VII G of SMPN 1 Bantarkawung. In this research, the instruments included a student learning motivation questionnaire and a math problem-solving skill test. The data analysis techniques in this research are prerequisite test, t-tests, and hypothesis test (ANOVA). The results showed that 1) differences in solving problems exist in low, medium, and high motivation students. 2) the ability to solve problems differed among those who used e-worksheet and those who did not use e-worksheet. 3) Interaction was not found between the usage of e-worksheet and students’ motivation on problem-solving ability.
