In this article researched the anomalous photovoltaic effect (APE) element possibilities, properties. And described aspects of creating devices based of anomalous photovoltaic effects. Described phenomena of the anomalous photovoltaic effect of the semiconductors. In the result shown the possibility of compactification of the microelectronic anomalous photovoltaic effect based devices. This situation greatly increases the technical capabilities among the prototypes of the optoelectronic device. Prototypes of the presented device do not have the possibilities of compacting the design, switching to the mode of energy-saving autonomous operation. Given calculation expressions of the parameters of highly sensitive deformation sensor element. Stopped on the aspects of scheme of the constructions measurement control sensor. There are made conclusions about experimental affairs after all work.
