Human resources, from project managers to the lowest level of workers, are critical to successfully executing a development project. In this case, the engagement of human resources is crucial to the success of a construction project, provided that the existing human resources are productive and operate well. Each needs to be motivated to achieve such high levels of performance and productivity. This study reports the results of identifying work motivation aspects based on Abraham Maslow and analyzing their effect on worker productivity in the Sakura Garden City Apartment project. This study was conducted in the Sakura Garden City Apartment project context. The data used in this research comes from an online questionnaire using Google Forms. The construction worker filled the position with the lowest pay rate in the Sakura Garden City Apartments project. The approach of simple linear regression R analysis was used throughout this research. According to the study, the factor representing social requirements comes first, followed by the factors representing family needs and support, which come in second and third, respectively. Second, there are some physical needs, including the provision of overtime. The third factor is the social needs component, which includes the subfactors of practical working group collaboration. The fourth factor is a need for self-actualization, which includes subfactors such as professional training facilities. Fifth, there is a need for recognition and appreciation concerning promotion groups of factors.
