This study aims to produce a product in the form of Powerpoint learning media based on the Articulate Storyline application which is suitable for use in genetic substance topic in high school. This type of research is R&D (research and development). The subjects of this study were media validators, material validators, Biology subject teachers, and students at SMA Negeri 4 Kendari. The instrument of this research is a worksheet with a Thurstone scale which is used to determine the value of the validity of the Powerpoint learning media based on Articulate Storyline and the Likert scale is used to determine the value of the effectiveness and practicality of the learning media. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the validation of the Articulate Storyline-based Powerpoint media design by media experts obtained an average percentage of 80,30% (very valid criteria). The results of the validation of media materials obtained an average percentage of 77,33% (valid criteria). The results of the Powerpoint media responses based on Articulate Storyline by the teacher obtained a percentage of 86,67% (very suitable criteria) and the results of media responses by students obtained a percentage of 87,60% (very suitable criteria). These criteria illustrate that the Powerpoint media based on Articulate Storyline on genetic substance is feasible and can be use as a medium of learning in high school (SMA).
