This study aims to determine the analysis of the implementation of management of high school principals in Kendari city. This study aims to describe the implementation of principal management at several high schools in Kendari city. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a random sampling method. The data collected from this study was obtained through observation, documentation, and interviews with school principals at the Kendari city high school degree, who became the primary source of this research. Observations conducted on the field visited several high schools in Kendari. The result of the study is that the principal in implementing management at several high schools in Kendari has good managerial skills in managing and utilizing resources, including as a leader of educators, education staff, students, and school administrators.
