This paper deals with the design and construction of the overload indication system in vehicles. The foremost desire of this project is to prevent overload-related accidents. The load is measured using IR load cells. The load cell sends the signal to the amplifier. The amplifier receives the detected value. The amplifier sends the signal to an Analog-to-Digital converter (ADC) using a small amount of energy. It is a piece of integrated circuit technology which is used to convert the analog signal into a digital signal. Additionally, the alarm is used to signal an overload. As the load cell value rises, the fuel is automatically cut off with the help of a solenoid valve, and statistics are sent to an Android application with the aid of an IoT device and send the current location as well to the respective vehicle owner.
