Green manufacturing (GM) is a phrase that refers to manufacturing processes that do not impact the environment at any point during the process. It promotes the use of non-polluting procedures that do not affect consumers, employees, or other members of the community. This case study presented here was conducted at standard combines limited which is a medium North Indian manufacturing company that has spent one year on implementing the ISO 9000 standard. The main issues faced by organisation during implementation are presented. Although the company was not actually interested in registration, it was internal motivation to improve the operations and by a vision of expanding business globally, for which registration would be compulsory. This case study aids in assessing the company’s GM deployment as well as overall performance. For same a questionnaire was distributed to forty-one employees from the company, and their replies were analyzed. For the reliability and validity investigation, the statistical computer tool SPSS 22.0 for Windows was employed. Manufacturing companies can utilize the validated GM factors, instruments provided here to prioritize their management efforts to analyze and adopt GM. The results have been validated in an Indian setting; nevertheless, the instrument developed can be utilized globally.
