Succeeding aviation industry can significantly affect the environment, reliability, and profitability. According to the research, the Middle-of-the-Market aircraft will be the future aircraft design in terms of the economic energy system and co2 emissions. This study attempted to assess the supremacy of modern aircraft innovation, which results in reduced carbon emissions and economic productivity. This study employs a modified version of the Russian theory of inventive problem-solving, TRIZ, to create a new sustainable aircraft model. This method provides a number of conceptual designs, principles, and tools to help in concept formulation and issue solutions. This research contributes by developing a scientific technique based on design innovation, operational measures, and economic production to design a new sustainable aircraft and enhance an existing conceptual design. The article describes how to modify relation to the existing approach, and why they should yield greener solutions involving engineering students in real-world commercial instances. These ideas can help the designer to obtain better sustainable solutions in terms of fuel economy and carbon footprint
