"Empowerment" emphasizes "power." Empowerment involves granting decision-making authority and controlling power sources. American community psychology and social scientists created empowerment (Julian Rappaport, 1981). Power redistribution challenges male ideologies. Empowerment is both a process and its result. American community psychology and Julian Rappaport created empowerment. Empowerment includes equal access to knowledge and resources, equal opportunity in decision-making, awareness of rights and responsibilities, an improved standard of living, self-reliance and self-confidence, equal legislative authority, etc. This presents the study "Entrepreneurship Empowers Women" that was conducted in the Andhra Pradesh region. The researcher is provided with assistance in defining the scope of the research by the research design. This assistance takes the form of defining study settings, the type of investigations to be carried out, the unit of analysis, and other aspects of the research.
