The precision of the printed part in fused deposition modeling (FDM) greatly depends on the design. Internal pressures brought on by variations in cooling and curing can cause warping or shrinking. Flat surfaces and long, thin, unsupported features are not good candidates for 3D printing. As part sizes increase, accuracy will likewise decline. The industry demands that the product be accurate in its dimensions. Products generated by the current industry in the FDM method have tolerances ranging from 0.3mm to 0.5mm. Reducing the tolerances from (0.3mm - 0.5mm) to (0.1mm - 0.15mm) Range is the problem in the current study. To improve the mechanical qualities, including tolerances, the method must be changed. In the current effort, the curing procedure is designed and it will alter the product’s dimensions due to some dimensional discrepancies in the FDM process and the PLA material.
