The purpose of this study is to construct and examine a Rasch model-based assessment instrument for class X students at SMK Pusat Excellence that integrates mathematics and the Pancasila Student Profile. In constructing and analyzing the instrument, we applied Messick’s (1996) validity framework, which encompasses five dimensions: content, substantive, structural, external, and consequential. This mathematics assessment instrument has multiple-choice questions on exponents and logarithms, sequences and series, vectors, and trigonometric comparisons. Each question addresses the aspects and components of the Pancasila Student Profile, namely: (1) Faith, Fear of God, and Noble Morals; (2) Global variety; (3) mutual cooperation; (4) independence; (5) critical reasoning; and (6) creativity. The ADDIE process model was used in the research design (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The intended subjects included 144 students from class X at the Center of Excellence (SMK Negeri 1 Adiwerna, Tegal Regency). The following are the results of constructive validity using Rasch modeling: (1) The level of conformity is between -3 and 4. (2) All items are suitable for modeling, and (3) there are no items that contain DIF, indicating that the instrument is suitable for assessing the ability of class X students at SMK Pusat Excellence to integrate mathematics and the Pancasila Student Profile.
