This article presents study on the oxide ceramic coating (OCC). Thickness and microhardness were studied modifications coating. We found that increasing concentration electrolyte components affects the cathode and anode voltages in progress formation of coatings. It was found that the ratio of currents does not affect the change in voltage over time. It was determined that adding into electrolyte chromium oxide, glycerin and hydrogen peroxide decreasing cathode and anode voltage. It was determined that the addition of chromium oxide, glycerin and hydrogen peroxide to the electrolyte reduces the cathodic and anodic voltage. The conducted microstructural studies revealed that there are spherical non-metallic inclusions in oxide ceramic coatings. The fractographic studies revealed that the pores within coatings are fused and not through.
