The current state of the construction industry is characterized by a complex composition and conditions for the development of organizational and technological solutions aimed at the interaction of the main categories of participants. An insufficient level of construction preparation can lead to untimely completion and commissioning of construction projects, a significant increase in the cost and prime cost of construction production, and a decrease in indicators of the functional quality of construction products. The purpose of the research in this article is to analyze the factors that influence the composition of organizational and technological solutions for the preparation of the construction of industrial facilities. The main result of the study is the development of an algorithm for the development and integration of a model of organizational and technological solutions for the preparation of construction into a global digital model of an industrial facility. The article analyzes the features of the processes of organization and development of the information modeling environment of properties and states (global digital model) of the main stages of the life cycle of industrial facilities. It has been established that the vast majority of modern information technologies are focused on the development and solutions of design (architectural and construction, constructive, functional and technological) tasks. Accordingly, the formation of digital models for subsequent stages of the life cycle (including the modeling of organizational and technological solutions for construction preparation) seems to be a promising direction in the development of information technologies and the potential of a global digital model that reflects the features of the properties and states of a particular industrial facility.
