Recently probiotics usage have been increased in clinical practice. Preparations based on bacterial cells or products based on secondary bacterial metabolites, which make it possible to eliminate disturbances in the homeostasis of the intestinal microflora (dysbiosis), activate the processes of the normal functioning of the digestive system, modulate the reactivity of regulatory systems for the renewal of the intestinal epithelium and the activity of immune cells, and, as a result, neutralize the negative influence of various factors, especially antibiotic therapy. Purpose of the work: to study the drug effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum and Bacillus subtilis 98SZ strains on some hematological parameters and intestinal microbiota in rats. The studies were carried out on immature laboratory Wistar rats. The parameters of the blood system and intestinal microflora were studied with the administration of the drug per os daily for 14 days and normalized food intake. Positive dynamics of weight gain of animals against the background of the absence of any signs of intoxication was revealed. The introduction of the drug leads to a decrease in the proportion of conditionally pathogenic microflora and an increase in the proportion of lacto- and bifidobacteria; does not affect the biochemical parameters of blood serum and the ratio of types of leukocytes. The results are of interest from the standpoint of isolating biologically active metabolites of bacilli and studying the mechanisms of rearrangement in the structure of the microbiota caused by the introduction of probiotic bacteria.
