Lately, there have been more and more people having pets. Pet owners often lack knowledge about their pets, which can hurt pets (s). In this age, technology is developing rapidly. Through the presence of technology, the use of human labor can also be reduced. People used to find information in books, and now everything can be searched through the internet. However, sometimes information on the internet is not entirely accurate. Other than that, finding the right keyword to search for the appropriate topic is hard. Finding information can be easier if it is assisted by better technology, like a chatbot. A chatbot is an automatic robot chat that can reply to questions from users and find answers suitable for users’ questions. Using chatbots, we can get the information we need in a more fun and exciting way because chatbots imitate how humans chat with others. This can make the information conveyed more clearly to the user. This paper focuses on how a chatbot can help pet owners get information about keeping their pets in good condition. This chatbot has a few methods: AI, UML, ML, AIML, and NLP. Through this application, pet owners will find it easy to find excellent and correct ways to take care of their pets.
