Population growth requires the growth of public facilities. Piping and fire fighting systems are an integral part of these public buildings. The piping system is used to provide clean water and distribute waste water. While the fire extinguishing system is used to extinguish the fire in the event of a fire. From the results of the study, it was found that the need for clean water in Malang Creative Center (MCC), a 7-storey building with 1298 visitors requires 6.49 m3/day of clean water. The capacity of the water tank used is 18 m3, and the Ground Water Tank for Hydrant used is 24 m3. And the results of the analysis required a waste water reservoir (WTP), a container tank with a capacity of 40 m³. So, to transfer clean water to the above reservoir, a pump with a flow capacity specification of 16.2 m³/hour is required and a pump head displacement of 7 until 54 m. For the distribution of clean water using the pressure of gravity from the top water tank to the sanitation equipment on each floor. The fire fighting system uses 2 hydrants placed outside the building and 4 indoor hydrant boxes placed on each floor. The pumps used are electric hydrant fire pump brand Ebara 150X100 FSKA and diesel fire pump brand Ebara 150X100 FSKA.
