SIA (Sistem Informasi Akademik) or academic information system is a technology that manages data into information to support matters related to academics in order to improve services to students. SDN Jurangjero 2 is one of the schools that has not implemented a report card assessment technology system student grades. the school compiling report card assessments is still processed manually, this waste time just for manage grade for student grades. Therefore making a report card assessment information system here is very useful to shorten time for manages grade. The purpose of this research is to build a report card assessment information system focused on processing student grade data which will be used as a report card, as well as to reduce loss of student grade data. The system is built using the PHP programming language, the Laravel framework, the database uses MySQL, and the display uses the Bootstrap framework. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model. The information system built is expected to facilitate the teacher’s work in recapitulating student scores. System testing used includes Blackbox Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS) to minimize the occurrence of bugs or errors in the system and ensure that the available features function properly. The results of the Blackbox test show that the system created runs well according to its function and the System Usability Scale (SUS) test with 30 respondents obtained a final result of 73.4, where these results indicate that the system is acceptable to SDN Jurangjero 2.
