The Indonesian people have been fighting for batik to be recognized as a cultural heritage by UNESCO, despite the fact that it already exists several countries are attempting to claim batik as their heritage. As a result, UNESCO established batik on October 9, 2009, as Indonesia’s original cultural heritage. However, many Indonesians still don’t acknowledge their country’s history, as well as the batik philosophy, they only know the names of the batik without knowing what they mean. Methods of investigation Research and development is the method employed (Research and Development). This research method is well-suited to providing solutions to existing problems because it generates useful products for later testing by the general public. This study’s development model is the ADDIE development model. This development model is divided into five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. As a result of this research, the batik museum’s Virtual Reality applications are very effective in introducing various original solo batik motifs.
