The purpose of this study is twofold, namely 1) the use of numeracy literacy-based modules at SMKN 8 Surakarta, 2) outline the improvement of problem solving skills of students of SMKN 8 Surakarta. This research as a whole is research and development with ADDIE design. This type of research is ethnographic qualitative research. The research was conducted at SMKN 8 Surakarta, Central Java, for the 2022/2023 academic year. Research subjects of mathematics teachers and students of class X. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validation is performed by triangulating sources and methods. Data analysis using the process of data reduction, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are twofold, (1) the use of numeracy literacy-based modules is useful in mathematics learning, both learning accompanied by teachers and independent (2) improving problem-solving skills with the existence of a numeracy literacy-based trigonometry module, students can solve problems in the module independently.
