Investigated K0.5Na0.5Li0.05Nb0.94Dy0.1O3 structural characteristics. Sodium potassium niobate co-substituted with Li and Dysprosium denoted as KNNLi0.05Dy0.1, prepared by molten salt synthesis, which is a productive technique to prepare piezoceramics. XRD and Rietveld refinement performed to analyze phase and structural changes. Crystallite size calculated from scherrer formula and W-H plots. Also, obtained strain, lattice constants. Vibrational modes presented in the sample were observed from Raman spectra. The binding energy strength in O-Nb-O, O-Li-O bonds and also binding energy in Nb-O, Li-O, Dy-O bonds observed. Also, optical bandgap measured from the UV-Visible spectra.
