Predicting students’ performance is absolutely essential in both educational and machine learning contexts. Prediction of students’ performance will facilitate in the development of relevant future study plans for students. In this paper, the objective of the study is to identify significant variables which affected the students’ performance on enhancing students’ performance through multiple linear model. The study focus on mathematics subject since the subject is one of the mandatory or core subjects that is taken in the education public examination. The results show that the factor which have impacted the students’ academic performance are students’ interest in number and operations, students’ interest in discrete Mathematics, teachers’ personality and perceived technology. Hence, the result in this paper is used to assists teachers in monitoring students to provide support and integrating training programs to achieve the best results.
