Savonius Hydroki Turbine-Rainwater and building wastewater discharged through network channels. The Savonius turbine exhaust pipe has the potential as a water energy power plant, Tandem and Overlap Distance. One example is the Savonius hydrokinetic turbine. This research was carried out to determine the effect of overlapping distance on the Savonius tandem turbine on the resulting performance. The method used is to drain water from the storage tank to hit the turbine through a pipe using three variations of water discharge. The variation of the overlap distance tested was the Savonius tandem turbine with overlapping lengths of 20 mm, 25 mm, and 30 mm. Turbine performance is indicated by the value of power output, TSR, and Cp generated. The best performance is obtained on the Savonius tandem turbine with an overlap distance of 30 mm with a Cp value of 0.0354 at a TSR of 0.53 and produces a power output of 26.34 watts.
