Foundation work is a lowest portion of building structure which is a most important activity in the construction project. This work is a critical activity as consequently. Whenever the foundation work delayed, it has a major impact on the overall of the project life cycle. This case study was studied in one of the construction projects in Indonesia which it found the high frequent delays in supplying of pile foundations. To overcome this problem, the purposes of this study need to analyse the supply chain strategy in the procurement of pile foundations. Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model that developed by the Supply Chain Council (SCC) was used to analysis supply chain strategy in developing a project in order to increase customer satisfaction. Moreover, several variables were adopted involving Source, Make, Deliver, Return, and customer satisfaction. This study used Multiple Linear Regression which is determine the relationship of between the independent variables and dependent variable. Finding showed that all the independent variables for the level of customer satisfaction had an effect of 99.7% for the first supplier and 93.6% for the second supplier. Based on multiple linier regression equation, second supplier got highest significant effect on the dependent variable. Implication of the study showed that the second supplier better than the first supplier. Indeed, this finding able to be implemented for policy maker in order to select suppliers. Further study is suggested to develop scheduling of this project in order to evaluate the supplier performance.
