Then an initial thermal treatment was performed for the powders of the composite Cermet materials before the coating process at (150 oC) temperature for (1hr), and after the coating process the thermal treatment was performed at (600 oC) and for a time (1.5 hr), where a study was carried out in this research Solidity and porous examinations and SEM examinations showed that the addition of the sedentary zirconia in the bacteria leads to an increase in the values of the solidity, where the ratio of Vickers hardness before the sintering process ranged from Hv (124.5-159.6) as it was the highest value of Vickers solidity Before the sintering (159.6Hv) at 15% YSZ and after this percentage Vickers salad began to decline to (155.3.6Hv) at 20% YSZ and after the thermal process Vickers salad values between (135.3-181.6)Hv was the highest and best value (181.6Hv) at 15% YSZ and after this ratio Vickers salad began to decline to (173.4Hv) at 20% YSZ. Porosity was better and less valuable to porous before thermal sintering (8.33%) at 15% YSZ,Then it also started with an increase to (10.347%) at 20% YSZ, and after the process of thermal warming where it was better and lower (7.237%) at 15% YSZ but when the content of the zirconia stable with the bacteria increased YSZ also began to increase porous at 20% YSZ the porosity rate increased to (9.235Hv) and the most detailed tests for the SEM test were at 15% YSZ where the paint appeared more coherent, homogeneous and less porous.
