This research aims to determine the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) using social media and identify visitors’ perceptions about Lembang Park and Zoo. This research uses the qualitative descriptive analysis method. The main factor is that good social media content can affect a good destination image and increase tourist interest. This research shows that social media has a significant influence, especially as a promotional medium. The comparison of results between literature studies and visitor’s perception is linear, that social media has an extraordinary impact as a tourism promotional media (Instagram).
