The frequencies of 40GHz and 60 GHz in millimeter wave (mmw) range transmission has been performed by applying a MZM (Mach Zehnder Modulator). The carrier suppression scheme supports the proposed system for getting the mmw by keeping the bias voltage 8V and 10V. Randomly generated data with a bit rate of 5 Gbps is transferred upto distance of 60 km over a single mode fibre. By comparing with the existing works, the proposed method has better data rate, less complexity and less cost. The efficiency is checked with the help of optical spectrum, RF spectrum and eye diagram visualizers.
