This study is designed to estimate the biological activity of the compounds that are found in both aqueous and alcoholic extracts from cauliflower flowers and studies the effects of extracts on the levels of thyroid hormones via inducing hyperthyroidism by Levothyroxine drug in female rats, then using a natural substance like cauliflower flowers instead of some chemical drugs to regulate thyroid dysfunctions, and using thin-layer chromatography (TLC) to separation, and identification of natural compounds extracted from cauliflower flowers extracts, this study aims to find a natural alternative which has effects on thyroid gland disorders as hyperthyroidism.
