By refluxing Azomethine and 2-(Triphenylphosphoranylidene) Succinic Anhydride in acetonitrile, Novel Triphenyl – λ5 –phosphaneylidene -1, 3-oxazepine -4,7-diones have been synthesized, azomethine was synthesized by refluxing mono and di amines with para substituted benzaldehyde in absolute ethanol, and the end of the reaction is checked by TLC, The structure of the target compounds were identified by some physical properties and spectral data of FT-IR and 1H-NMR, Mass spectral and with evaluation of it’s antioxidant and biological activity.
