Relevance of this work is explained by the trend towards business digital transformation emphasizing the need for digital transformations, which determines the businessperson dependence on obtaining competitive advantages. Digital transformation consists, among other things, in revising approach to the nature of economic decision making in a company and turning to the value of objective empirical data. The purpose of this work is to analyze the concept of data-driven decision-making methodology, which provides an increase in the enterprise competitiveness by raising the level of its digital maturity. The paper describes a unified concept of the organization digital maturity level depending on intensity and quality in using digital assets and data, in particular. Research methods include descriptive and analytical approaches. Research results make it possible to highlight main advantages in using data-driven decision-making methodology when developing an organization’s strategy and fundamental barriers in implementing the experience.
