Control mechanism of two hydraulic actuators is developed in the present study for industrial automation. The main objective of this research was to control two actuators and push different types of objects according to necessity. Two double acting hydraulic actuators are used to do the job. A microcontroller is used to control actuators. On the other hand, a pump is used to circulate the oil and a solenoid valve is used to control the flow of oil. Finally a low cost system was developed which was capable to produce thrust of 0.4 KN-0.6 KN. It is possible to control the speed of the actuators through the code which is uploaded in the microcontroller board. One of the main advantages of the electro-hydraulic system is that it can be moved easily from one place to another. In industries if high density force needs to be applied at different stages of a manufacturing process, this system can be implemented.
