In 2017, on the river. Amazar (pool) a dam equipped with a fish passage was built. The success of fish migration depends on a complex of factors, including the adaptive behavior of fish. In this work, using the fish pass as a tool, the timing of fish migration, as well as the required water temperatures, were clarified. In the course of the work, it was established that representatives of the boreal foothill faunistic complex begin the spawning migration and complete the downstream migration. Spawning migration of fish from the river. Amazar of the main commercial fish species runs from the 1st of May until the end of the first decade of June at a water temperature of 5 to 15 °C. Downstream migration from the 10th of September to the end of October at temperatures from 10 to 2 °C.
