The influence of the use of the ReasilHumicHealth feed additive in the feeding of highly productive cows during the milking period on the quality and cheese suitability of milk was studied. Research and production experience was carried out on the basis of "Sheksninskaya Zarya" LLC, Sheksninsky district of the Vologda region. The formation of groups of animals was carried out by the method of groups-analogues. Animal groups were formed taking into account age, live weight, milk production and the date of the last calving. The daily milk yield according to the results of the control milkings of cows treated with ReasilHumicHealth is higher compared to the animals of the control group. The influence of the use of the ReasilHumicHealth supplement in cattle feeding on the reduction of somatic cells in milk has been established. The composition and properties of milk were studied by standard methods. No significant differences were found in the organoleptic, physicochemical parameters of milk and in the content of fat, lactose and SOMO in the experimental and control groups, with the exception of an increase in the mass fraction of protein in the milk of the experimental group. It has been proven that the use of the feed additive ReasilHumicHealth increases the cheese suitability of milk according to the rennet test and the rennet-fermentation test. For the first time in the conditions of the European North of Russia, the use of the ReasilHumicHealth feed additive in the feeding of highly productive dairy Holstein cows of the Black-and-White breed was substantiated and the effectiveness of its use during the milking period was confirmed.
