The aim of the work was to identify the gastro- and enteroprotective activity of biologically active additives based on amino acids during experimental stress in rats and its correction. The object of research was rats (n=84). In the experiment “Extreme vibration”, the effect of biologically active additives based on amino acids on locomotor activity, the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum of rats, the morphofunctional state of the adrenal glands were studied. It was found that vibration stress in rats changes their reactivity, manifested in a change in stress resistance. Intragastric administration of a feed additive based on amino acids against the background of vibration has a stressprotective effect: reduces the severity of stress changes in the gastric mucosa, duodenum and adrenal glands. A positive result was recorded with the course administration of dietary supplements with recipe No. 2, and according to the therapeutic effect they are distributed as follows: recipe No. 2, recipe No. 3, recipe No. 1. Administration of dietary supplements with amino acids to rats for 14 days contributes to an increase in the amount of locomotor activity of the tentative research function, which can be regarded as a stress-protective effect aimed at suppressing anxiety-depressive changes in the behavior of the studied individuals. The stress-protective properties of the studied dietary supplements confirmed on the experimental model, which are distributed according to the therapeutic effect as follows: formulation No. 2, formulation No. 1, formulation No. 3.
