In this study, it was fabricated Fluorine-doped Tin Oxide (FTO) by employing spray methods. It was used nabulizer for spraying the solution and hotplate as collector. In optimizing sheet resistance of FTO, concentration and deposition time was investigated. The lowest sheet resistance of the FTO glass was about 38 Ω/cm2 and the transmitance was obtain over 85%. Scanning Electron Microscopy, Electron Dispersive Spectroscopy, four point probe and UV-Vis were used to investigate the physics characteristic of FTO.
