We know that during the spinning process, the yarn is twisted by giving it the right (Z) twists. If the twisted yarn needs to be re-twisted twice, it is twisted by twisting it in the (S) direction. 4.1 tex “Mintval” water-soluble chemical yarn is spun 704 times in the direction of 37 tex (Z) and twisted in 4 different 1 meters 400, 450, 500 and 550 times in the direction of (S) and one the performance of the yarns was determined. The location of the twists in the strings every 1 meter was drastically different. The location of the twists in each 1 meter of yarn twisted by 550 times was almost the same along the length of the yarn, and 550 twists were found to meet the requirements for the production of woven fabrics.
