As a result of the depletion of natural raw materials, the study focused on finding alternatives, such as making use of industrial waste, incorporating it into composite materials, and analyzing mechanical properties through a variety of tests such as fatigue, comparator, swelling, and aging test. Wasted fiber and crumbed rubber extracted from the recycling of tires in the Al-Diwaniyah tires factory, was added with different concentrations depending on the weight of the reinforcement agent. The results were discussed and compared with the standard recipe that used black carbon, where the results showed an improvement Notable in some of the characteristics of the recipes. The results of mechanical tests (fatigue, aging, swelling, compression) were compared with the standard recipe, a clear improvement was observed in the properties, as it was found that the recipes reinforced with wasted fibers increase the resistance to fatigue failure in concentrations (1,2,3,5) %, to record the longest shelf life (8703) cycle at concentration (5) %, compared with the standard prescription that recorded (8235) cycle, and fails in the other concentrations. While the recipes were reinforced with crumbed rubber, the longest life (9971) cycle was recorded at concentration (3) %, after which it begins to decline. As the swelling test showed, the recipes reinforced with wasted fiber showed an increase in the concentrations (1,2,3,5,10) %, and a decrease in the values of the swelling for the concentrations (15,20,25) %, but the recipes reinforced with crumbed rubber, showed an increase in swelling with the increase of waste amount in all recipes. The study showed that increasing the loading, whether with wasted fibers or crumbed rubber and in certain amounts, the better it was in withstanding and gave acceptable results. All these characteristics combined, give us a clear vision of how to exploit industrial waste in engineering applications with more benefits.
