Air pollution is a condition where the air is polluted by chemicals, substances or particles of a negative nature or other biological materials that are harmful to humans or other living things. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that air pollution is the world's largest risk factor for health disorders, with approximately 6.5 million people dying each year from exposure to air pollution. This research is intended to minimize air pollution using route selection that can reduce the fuel consumption of vehicles or the so-called Truck Routing Problem. The supporting model of the formation of this model was developed from the Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP), and there is also a Travelling Thief Problem (TTP). Effective and efficient location determination can minimize fuel consumption that is observed from vehicle load and speed. The results showed a reduction in fuel consumption by paying attention to the load carried on each trip.
